Welcome to the Snyder ISD Bond Election Page
This page is designed to provide facts about the upcoming election on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Whether you are a parent, staff member, or community resident and voter, we hope this is a useful resource for understanding what is on the ballot for Snyder ISD.
Based on a recommendation from the Facilities Assessment Committee, made up of over 25 Snyder ISD parents, staff, and community members, the Board of Trustees voted 7-0 to call a $170.9 million bond election. If approved by voters, the proposed bond plan is designed to improve safety and security, update aging facilities, and improve accessibility and opportunities for all students. As structured, the proposed bond is expected to be repaid with an Interest & Sinking (I&S) tax rate of $0.35 per $100 of taxable value.
We have gathered information, answered common questions, and provided resources to help you understand what is included in the proposal. Over the next two months, these pages will continue to be updated with additional information.
The proposal targets the highest-priority needs in safety, infrastructure, instructional space, and accessibility across all campuses, ensuring that funded projects address the committee’s findings and provide lasting benefits for Snyder ISD students and staff.
