SISD Board of Trustees is the link between the school system and the community. As advocates for public education and the community, members are always ready to support and build relationships. Board meetings are open to the public and are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month. 

Meetings are typically held in the board room within the Snyder Administration Office at 2901 37th street.  Refer to the Board Agendas and Minutes for the most current information.

Elections

Elections are held annually in May. There are five voting places within the school district. 

The Board of Trustees are elected for a three-year term with one member elected for each district and two from at-large districts.

May 1, 2021, General Elections

Early Voting and Election Day Voting to be held at College On The Square, 1806 26th Street, Snyder, Texas.

The first day to file an Application for Place on Ballot, for Place 2 and 3 in May 1, 2021, General Election will be January 13, 2021; the last day to file an Application for Place on Ballot will be February 12, 2021.

The Last day to file as a write-in candidate will be February 16, 2021.
