Rick Rodgers, CPA and partner with James E. Rodgers and Company, presented the district’s annual audit to the Snyder ISD Board of Trustees.
For Fiscal Year 2025, the district reports:
$29.17 million in the General Fund
$4.84 million in other funds
$34 million in total combined funds
During the 2024–2025 fiscal year, the district added $1.08 million to its fund balance.
By law, school districts are required to maintain a minimum of 180 days of operating expenses in the General Fund. Snyder ISD currently maintains approximately 360 days of operating expenses, which also positions the district to plan and prepare for future construction projects and facility needs.
The 2024–2025 audit resulted in no findings, reflecting strong financial oversight and sound fiscal management practices.
