Snyder ISD staff from the Special Education Department, including Mandy Koiner and Mrs. Martin, visited Ector County ISD today to tour their post-secondary transition program and gather ideas as we work toward building a strong 18+ program in Snyder ISD.
The visit was guided by adult students currently enrolled in the program. They shared their experiences and showed how they continue developing employment skills, community connections, and independent living skills after graduation.
It was a thoughtful, encouraging experience and a valuable step as we imagine what is possible for our students beyond high school. Thank you, Ector County ISD, for sharing your knowledge and expertise with our staff!
