Scott Clark | High School Science Teacher

A Biology teacher and soccer coach, Scott brings energy, positivity, and purpose into everything he does. He creates a classroom where students feel confident asking questions, thinking critically, and taking pride in their learning. His impact reaches far beyond content knowledge, shaping student character and confidence both in the classroom and on the field.

Rebekka Natividad | 6th Grade Math Teacher

Rebekka is known for her kindness, patience, and dedication to every student’s success. She builds strong relationships, steps in wherever help is needed, and leads with intention as the Student Council adviser. Her initiative and thoughtful leadership make her a trusted and respected presence on campus.

Rachel Lewis | Elementary RLA Instructional Coach

Rachel supports teachers across the district with focus, care, and consistency. She serves as a connector between campuses and administration while helping teachers strengthen their practice in ways that benefit students. Her influence continues to grow as she extends her classroom expertise districtwide.

Melinda Dominguez | PreK Teacher

Melinda creates a warm, welcoming learning environment for our youngest students. Her patience, creativity, and leadership help build strong academic and social foundations, setting the tone for a positive PreK experience.

Each honoree will receive an embroidered shirt or jacket of their choice in recognition of their contributions. New this year, Employees of the Month will also have the opportunity to meet one on one with Interim Superintendent Dr. Jessica Gore to share ideas and insight on how to make Snyder ISD an even better place to learn and work.
