Marcia Womack
Marcia Womack goes above and beyond every day in her roles as Superintendent Secretary and PEIMS. While she already carries multiple responsibilities at the Administration Office, she never hesitates to make time for others who need her help.
Marcia takes great care of her PEIMS team, always making sure they have the guidance, support, and information they need to do their jobs correctly. Whether someone has a question, encounters a problem, or simply needs help working through something, Marcia is always there and more than willing to jump in.
Her knowledge, dependability, and willingness to help make a tremendous difference not only for her PEIMS team, but for the district as a whole. Marcia is someone others can count on, and her dedication to supporting those around her makes her incredibly deserving of recognition as Employee of the Month.
Ana Montoya
Ana Montoya consistently goes above and beyond in her role as Parent Liaison, always willing to step in and help wherever she is needed. Much of what Ana does happens behind the scenes, but her work has a tremendous impact on our students, staff, and families.
Throughout the summer, Ana played an important role in supporting Summer with the Superintendent, helping prepare school supplies, food, and other resources for students and families. She is always looking for ways to help and never hesitates to take on an extra task when something needs to be done.
Ana’s dedication, positive attitude, and servant heart are evident in the countless things she does each day, many of which may never receive public recognition. Whether she is assisting a student, supporting a staff member, helping a family, or working behind the scenes to make sure an event or project is successful, Ana can always be counted on.
Her willingness to serve wherever needed and her commitment to taking care of others make Ana incredibly deserving of recognition as Employee of the Month.
Dawn Vandygriff
Dawn Vandygriff is an incredible asset to Snyder ISD and has been a valued member of our district for many years. Through her work in the Technology Department, she supports campuses across the district with professionalism, knowledge, patience, and a genuine willingness to help others.
Dawn consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our campuses, staff, and students have the technology and support they need to be successful. Whether she is preparing equipment, troubleshooting an issue, helping a staff member, or stepping in wherever she is needed, Dawn can always be counted on to give her very best.
Dawn’s commitment to Snyder ISD, her servant’s heart, and her willingness to continually support the people around her make her incredibly deserving of recognition as Employee of the Month.
