Services for Children Younger Than 3

Texas Early Childhood Intervention, also called ECI, provides services for eligible children from birth through age 2 who have developmental delays or disabilities.

Children who are deaf or hard of hearing, have a visual impairment, or have deafblindness may qualify for school services beginning at birth.
