Snyder ISD is launching an exciting new dance program for incoming 6th through 12th grade students. The program will build technical skills across a variety of dance styles, with opportunities to perform at games, competitions, and showcases throughout the year.
High School Program (Grades 9–12)
Students in the high school program will:
Participate in summer, morning, and evening rehearsals
Earn a Fine Arts or PE credit
Perform at football games and marching competitions alongside the band
Participate in Winter Showcase, Spring Showcase, and additional events as opportunities arise
Program fees ~ $350 (fundraising opportunities will be discussed)
Junior High Program (Grades 6–8)
Students in the junior high program will:
Earn a Fine Arts or PE credit
Perform in Winter Showcase, Spring Showcase, and additional events as opportunities arise
Program fees ~ $150 (fundraising opportunities will be discussed)
Auditions for the program will be held from April 13 through April 18. Students interested in joining must register for auditions by April 8 using this form.
