Manuel Marinelarena - Snyder High School Safety Specialist

Photo of Mr. MKnown to many students and staff simply as “Mr. M,” he consistently goes above and beyond in his role as Safety Specialist. While his primary responsibility is maintaining campus safety, his impact reaches far beyond that. He maintains a strong and visible presence throughout the school day and at after-school events, helping ensure that our campus remains a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

Mr. M has built strong relationships with both students and staff, which allows him to be an important support when challenges arise. Students trust him and feel comfortable approaching him for guidance, and staff know they can rely on him to help address concerns, check on classrooms, and any other support that is needed. He is always willing to step in wherever needed and consistently works to help keep the campus running smoothly.

Through his commitment, approachability, and genuine care for others, Mr. M plays a vital role in supporting both the safety and the culture of our school community. Snyder ISD is fortunate to have such a dedicated and dependable member of our team.

Lisa Jeffery - Snyder Junior High, Paraprofessional

Mrs. Lisa Jeffery is far more than a paraprofessional—she is an essential part of the learning environment and school community. Each day, she shows up for students with patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping them succeed. Students describe her as caring, funny, fair, and inspiring, which speaks to the positive and lasting impact she has on those she works with.

Mrs. Jeffery consistently models professionalism through her reliability, selflessness, and willingness to serve others. She is always ready to step in where needed, whether supporting students in the classroom, assisting colleagues, or volunteering to help when coverage is needed. She often anticipates needs before being asked and approaches every task with a positive attitude.

Beyond the classroom, Mrs. Jeffery works behind the scenes to strengthen the culture of the campus. From organizing staff birthday recognitions to helping with staff luncheons and supporting coworkers whenever possible, she plays an important role in making the school a welcoming and supportive place. Her kindness, dedication, and servant leadership make her an invaluable member of the Snyder ISD team.

Cinthia Solis - Snyder Intermediate School, Acting Principal

Mrs. Solis has stepped up in an extraordinary way during the recent administrative transition at Snyder Intermediate. She has ensured the campus continues to run smoothly and seamlessly while maintaining a positive and supportive environment for both students and staff. Her strong organizational skills, consistent communication, and thoughtful planning have allowed teachers to stay informed and prepared, with clear timelines and support throughout the semester.

Mrs. Solis is known for being highly approachable and attentive to the needs of others. She takes the time to listen to teachers, ensures their concerns are heard, and works tirelessly to provide support wherever it is needed. Despite the increased responsibilities, she continues to greet students and staff each morning with a smile and remains present throughout the halls, fostering a strong sense of community.

In addition to leading the campus during this transition, Mrs. Solis continues to go above and beyond for students and staff while also completing her principal certification coursework. She carries out her responsibilities with grace, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to what is best for students. Snyder ISD is fortunate to have such a dedicated leader serving our Intermediate campus.
