Coach Hale Named 4A Region 1 Coach of the Year
Snyder ISD is proud to congratulate Coach Hale on being named the 4A Region 1 Coach of the Year, a recognition that speaks to far more than success on the court.
While the tennis program celebrates three consecutive district championships, this honor reflects the deeper work Coach Hale does every day. She has built a culture rooted in trust, belonging, and growth. Her program is a place where students feel safe, supported, and challenged to become their best selves.
Under her leadership, tennis is about more than matches and medals. Players learn perseverance and patience. They practice emotional control and positivity. They understand the value of sportsmanship, mindset, and character. Many describe her not only as a coach, but as a steady presence who listens without judgment and believes in them fully. To her athletes, she is often lovingly known as “Coach Mom.”
Championships matter, and the banners tell part of the story. The fuller story lives in the confidence she builds, the lessons that carry beyond high school, and the sense of family she creates within the program.
This award represents the lives Coach Hale has touched and the standard she sets through her leadership, compassion, and example.
Congratulations, Coach Hale, on this well earned honor and thank you for the lasting impact you make on our students and our community.
