Sports Physicals

Schedule and get your REQUIRED physical as soon as possible.

SJH & SHS Student-athletes & trainers, SHS Marching Band, SHS & SJH prospective cheer, and SJH & SHS Special Olympians must get a physical if they:

  • are new to the program

  • are an incoming 7th, 9th, or 11th grader

  • have a pre-existing medical condition

  • were injured since their last physical and required a doctor's release

  • If you have one from your previous school that is only one year old, please email a copy to athletics@snyderisd.net.

You will not be able to participate in summer strength and conditioning programs or athletics unless you are enrolled and registered with Snyder ISD for the upcoming school year and have a current physical on file.
