Milton Ham

Milton Ham 2006 Hall of Honor Inductee

Milton Ham was an all-district and all-state football, basketball, and baseball player at SHS. During his senior year, Milton made All-State in football, was selected to the AP Super Team, and was selected to the 1956 THSCA all-star game at the Cotton Bowl. In basketball, Milton holds the school record in a single season in scoring and the career scoring record.

He continued his career in football at TCU where he was the team captain in 1960 and was selected to play in the College All-Star game.

Coach Ham coached football, basketball and baseball at SHS and was the Athletic Director and men’s golf coach at Western Texas College.
