Assessment Results

Dear parents and families,

Your child took the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAARยฎ) earlier this spring, and soon you will receive your childโ€™s results. The state assessment is one of many ways to measure student learning. Teachers will use STAAR results and other information to support your childโ€™s learning in the new school year.

Beginning June 7, STAAR end-of-course assessments for high school Algebra I, Biology, English I, English II, and U.S. History will be available by logging into the Skyward Family Portal. STAAR results for grades 3-8 will be available on  June 14. After logging in, you will see a  โ€œDistrict Linksโ€ icon above your childโ€™s information. Select district links and then click on "Texas Assessments." This will take you directly to your childโ€™s STAAR results, including detailed information for each test question, identifying your childโ€™s strengths and areas where your child may need additional support. You will also see easy-to-use resources to help your child focus on the skills they most need help with and can work on at home.
