Bond Community Town Hall

SNYDER, Texas –Snyder ISD invites the community to attend a series of presentations to learn more about the proposed 2025 bond. Upcoming public events include:

  • September 22 · 2025 Bond Community Presentation & Facility Tour · Snyder High School Worsham Auditorium, 6:00–7:00 PM (English) and 7:00–8:00 PM (Spanish, SHS Student Center)

  • October 13 · 2025 Bond Community Presentation & Facility Tour · Snyder High School, 6:00–7:00 PM

  • October 25 · Facility Tour · Snyder High School, 1:30–3:30 PM

In addition to these community events, Snyder ISD is meeting with a wide range of local groups and organizations, including the Lions Club, Retired Teachers Association, and other groups. Faculty and staff presentations are also being held across campuses.

The proposed $171.9 million bond was unanimously called by the Snyder ISD Board of Trustees after a seven-month study by the Facilities Assessment Committee, made up of parents, teachers, staff, and community members. The recommendation includes projects at every campus, with Snyder High School, now more than 70 years old, as the primary focus.

Snyder ISD is committed to ensuring that voters have clear and factual information ahead of the November 4 election.
